Meet Calienteguera for a Photo Shoot

I am now available for Photo Shoots. You can be my photographer or you can watch a Photo Shoot. The cost is $500 & a deposit of $200 is to be made when you book the shoot. You may pay
with money order, cash or personal check. Please allow up to 10 days to be sure the deposit clears. The remaining $300 is due before we start the photo shoot. It must be in cash. The shoot will
be a minimum of 2 hours long. You will get a copy of the shoot on CD for your personal use. Please remember I own copyrights, so you are not to share it with anyone. I will be using the photos
and video (if applicable) on my site.

You will be required to sign a release giving me full copyrights to the images. I will be putting the photos on my site. I can mention a first name or a name you tell me to use when putting the
update on site, or just say a special member took the photos. 2 forms of ID are required. One must be a government issued ID with photo.

I will have a friend with me to make sure I am safe at all times. If we decide to do a photo or videos together, my friend will be the photographer. You are paying to take or watch the first photo shoot & nothing else. If there is a second shoot and you accompany me in them, that will not be part of the first shoot and you are not paying for the 2nd shoot.

You must be a gentleman (or a lady, as it's open to both) during the photo shoot at all times. Do not make advances or inappropriate comments or advances. Remember you are there to be photographer or watch only.

You must also agree to the following statements when requesting a shoot. You will need to copy & paste in an email to me and put your name underneath saying you understand & agree to the terms/rules
of the Photo shoot.

Rules for the Photo Shoot

1. Participants are limited to men, women or couples (male and female) that are 21 years of age or older. Proof of age is required to be furnished prior to going out on the date. If the winner is allow to participate in the photo shoot with me AFTER the paid photo shoot, they will have to sign model release forms and must provide two forms of ID (one must be a government issued with picture). If you are going to be the photographer in the first Paid shoot, you will be required to fill out a photographer release form.

2. Requests for a Photo shoot must be e-mailed to me at calienteguera@aol.com. The price for photographing or watching the photo shoot is $500. All shoots are confidential and no information will be given to anyone other than the person requesting to photograph or watch the shoot. Payment for the date can be by money order, certified bank check, personal check or cash. A deposit of $200 must be paid to secure the shoot. The remainder of the balance must be paid prior to the start of the date. Deposits can be mailed to me at the address below.

" I have read all of the rules and guidelines for the Photo Shoot. Under no circumstances am I to expect more than what is outlined in the rules and guidelines of the Photo Shoot. I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I understand that full payment for the shoot and proof of age are to be provided prior to the start of the shoot. I am not now, have been, or any way associated with any law enforcement or government agency that is associated within any type of law enforcement agency. I am participating in the Photo Shoot on my own free will and have not been coarse, directed or employed for a reason of entrapment. "

3. The person(s) requesting the date are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses to and from South Orange County, California or the city in question.

4. If for some reason a conflict, misunderstanding or disagreement occurs, I have the right to correct this error and to straighten it out to the best of my ability. The person that requests the shoot is in full agreement with the outlined rules stated above and will abide by them. If the person cancels the shoot for any reason, he or she will forfeit their $200 deposit. No refunds will be given. If I have to cancel the shoot, a full refund of the deposit will be completely refunded.

Note: I have the right to say no to photo shoot requests if I do not feel comfortable posing for or having you watch a photo shoot. I do have the right to disallow a person or couple from participating in a 2nd shoot if they break a rule or act in a way that they try to confront me for sexual advances or anything pertaining to sexual activity. During the shoot, if a person or couple attempts to take an advantage or makes improper advances, the shoot is immediately terminated. If I feel comfortable with you, I may ask you to be in a shoot with me. It is NOT part of the paid Shoot if I ask you to be in a shoot After with me. I make no promises to do a shoot with you after the paid shoot. It is up to me & if there is any pressure to do a 2nd shoot with you, I most likely will not do a 2nd shoot with you. There will be no refu! ! nd on the shoot if someone acts inappropriate.
